Baby, I'm at 205, 6 pounds to onederland and 2 pounds to 30 pound club. I am trying not to jinx myself. I even prayed for compliance and good health for myself and all Medifasters this morning at Mass.
You are doing a marvelous job, Biki! Hang in there. As for me, self sabotage is the only way I feel I can jinx myself. Sometimes I think these mini goals (Onederland, 10# clubs) are harder to grasp than the long term goal. For example, I thought I'd loose 3 lbs this week and didn't, even with compliance! Still, I need to focus on my goal and not look back.
