Sunday Morning Roll Call February 29, 2004

Good morning and may I say thank God for small miracles. I was ready to throw in the towel and take a break from Medifast this morning if I didn't show a loss on the scales. Would you believe I lost 4 lbs. last week. I was totally shocked. And that is with me not being truly complient with the program due to personal problems. So that is why I call it a small miracle. Be careful what you pray for because you just might get it.

So to repeat: 4 lbs. lost this week for a total of 55 lbs. lost since November 28th. Maggie

Hooray, Maggie!

That is excellent. Maybe you can pray for me, too, since you seem to have a more direct connection!

Actually, I am happy to say I've lost 3.5 pounds in the last two weeks (didn't weigh last week because of the girl thing).

Traveling for almost a week and looking at everyone eat cookies, candy, pizza...and trying to stick with Medifast. Doing pretty well...wish me luck for the next few days and maybe we can meet back here next week with minus 4 pounds apiece!?

Congrats on the 4 lbs Maggie and the 3.5 lbs Granola Girl!


3 lbs for me this week! I have to admit that I am dissapointed - I really stuck to the diet for this past week and I expected to lose more!!! Oh well, I am trying to look to the positive.... The facts are - I am down a total of 26 lbs.... I am only 45 lbs from my goal weight.... I will try to remain positive!

I did start Pilates this week - does anyone else have experience with it? Advice to give? Do you think that this will slow my weight loss?

Only 1.5 for me this morning . . . but losing inches and wearing a smaller size. :D This is good!

Congrats to everyone on their week - every ounce counts!

I'm down 4.5 this week for a total of 31.5 since I started ....

Hello Ladies-

It appears I'm the lone male posting right now?

I lost 5 lbs. last week for a total loss of 37 lbs. since January 10th.

I know I get discouraged with a 3 lb. loss week, so I can imagine how tough it is for you "gals" to stay motivated as you lose at a slower rate.

Stick with it everyone!

Ive lost 11.5 lbs and today is my 17th day on the diet. I dont know if this is good or bad but im losing so it cant all be bad! LOL-- in size 14s now so thats cool. ready for some size 12s--- retired some jeans also, im happy! Congrads to everyone that made it through another week. :lol:

Hi Maggie and congrats on your 4# and a total of 55# - WOW - hang in there you've come too far to throw in that towel. Look what you have accomplished - you can get to the winners circle. Life and its many problems do seem to get in the way sometimes but don't lose sight of what YOU want - you will feel so much better about everything if you take care of yourself first. Please keep shakin - 55# WOW!!!!

Congrats to all you - looks like everybody had good weight loss and some have had major inch loss -

Nebbie - I always thought that men had it way better than women especially when it comes to losing the fat - congrats on your weight loss even though I hate it that men lose faster than women - I'm glad for you - why God wanted us to struggle so much to lose weight I don't understand - why us - why not MEN!!! urggghhhhhh.

Anyway I lost another 3# this week for a total of 24#. Tuesday, the 2nd, will be exactly 4 weeks I've been doing MF and I'm hoping that Tuesday morning I will have lost another 1# so it'll be 25# and I can say that I lost 1/4 of the weight I need to lose in one month. 3/4 more to go. I need to lose 100# well not now I need to lose 76#. I'm getting there.

Keep shakin everybody and I know everyone is on that train to THINVILLE, USA. Hooooooo Raaaaayyyyyyy!

Total loss of 58 pounds!!! I am looking to move up into the next club within a couple of days or so!
