A lb is a lb Elke! Good for you!

This was a big restart week for me. I'm down 4 lbs to 135. Only 5 lbs from goal! Yey me! :cheerleader:

Elke- You lost that is all that counts!!

Baby trace- 4 lbs WOW wonderful to be so close to goal !!

Out with the old- 6 Lbs and the 60 Club that fantastic , you must be very proud !!!

As for me I lost 3.6 lbs this week which take me to an even 245lb but the best part is my jeans looked like clown pants so I went shopping!!!

Went from a 24W jeans to a size 20W in classic Jean style and a size 18W pair of jeans with elastic waist.

You can really see the wait loss in new clothes!!! :D :D :D :D

-1.2# And I am happy about that. Not counting the 8# loss. I knew I would lose that in a second after eating out 5 times. So I never changed my ticker.

Congratulations to all who are checking in, having losses and entering into new clubs.

I didn't weigh myself this morning. I had a grandchild spend the night and couldn't chance waking up the little one by going into the room where my scale is set up.

Lost 1 pound this week, and considering it is my TOM, had a cold and could only exercise once; I'll take it! I also stayed compliant this week (which is maybe not so hard to do when one has a cold)... That brings me down for a grand total of 61 pounds and some change.

Congratulations to everyone this week for doing so well!

My whoosh finally happened this weekend. Nothing that a little more sleep can't fix. I'm down 3.2 for the week to equal 207.4 this am. 19 full days of compliance behind me. This seriously seems to get easier every day. Even with those darn girl scout cookies.

Congrats to all you LOSERS!

I have some lingering water weight issues which have caused a 2nd week stalled gain, yet I do not care! I am happy, healthy, and blessed for the wonderful world I live in.

I send highest hopes for everyone to have a wonderful week!

Great job all you losers and maintainers. I'm the latter, but looking forward to becoming the former real soon.
