Starting weight 12/1/08: 168 :-(

Weighing in on Fridays officially, but in two days I've lost 9.4#. For those keeping track, thats :shock: :shock: :shock: :shock: :shock: :shock: :shock: :shock: :shock: :twisted: ;) :mrgreen:

That's pretty crazy for two days, so maybe all that weight I put on in the last few weeks was mostly water.

Great job everybody! I'm glad to be here and on track with you all finally.
