After a week of fluctuations I weigh exactly what I weighed last Sunday. Why, I do declare, I think that's called maintenance!

yup, sounds like maintenance to me! Well after my planned Christmas, i only lost .1lbs. I guess there were TWO alternatives...to gain or to not lose anything, so I will take it!

I'm back from my vacation and I'm at 137.3, which is 9.9 lbs down from weigh in two weeks ago.

Congrats to all who stop in today and are accountable!

I'm SUPER happy this morning to post a 4.6 pound loss for the week - Yippeeee! I do believe my body is back to losing!

Could someone PLEASE be so kind as to allow me entrance to the 40# club ?!?!?!

Erica will need my 30# Club seat in the next few days so keep it clean and warm for her!
