Second to last Roll Call of the year! I am up 1 pound to 132.8 but still maintaining below 135 by 2.2 pounds and still in the 100# Club (just barely!).

Good morning everyone! This was a good week for me...down 3.5lbs. Now i'm off to get some last minute shopping done.

Good morning and Merry Christmas Sunday!!

I don't know about this morning as I sit here in a hotel room in Oregon, but before we left, the scale said 183. I think that puts me back in the 120 lb club. It's also GREAT motivation to not taste my way through our visit up here despite all the delectable homemade goodies. PLUS I have a dress I want to fit into for New Year's Eve.

Have a blessed Christmas week, all. I know it's not Thanksgiving, but one can't help but be mindful of all the gifts we have in our lives, particularly the intangibles. You, dear friends, and your impact on our lives comprise a particularly large bullet on that list. Thank you for your gifts of friendship and encouragement throughout the year(s).

Last week's weigh in I was on a stall at 199.2

This week I am 193.2

6 pounds this week! I am almost to the 20 pound club, down 17 pounds for the month.

Somewhat still stalled at 174.2 - I am very optmisitc that I may see it go down more before the year's end.

Haven't been posting much this week but have been completely compliant! I am down 4 lbs this week
