Ok even though it is 1 hour and 10 mins from Sunday morning I thought I would start this weeks roll call.

And the reason why I cant wait till in the morning to check-in

After a few weeks(almost a month) of hee-hawing around I finally came to my senses on Thu Nov 30 and started anew. I had gained 5lbs back during that time and was determined to get back in the game.

In addition to getting totally on the MF track I started exercising for once. I was afraid this would hinder me but it seems it hasnt in any way so far(there is the answer finally Dede :) )

I weighed today and I lost have 10lbs bringing me to 198 and into ONEDERLAND for the 1st time in 10 years!!!!Image
I am totally beside myself!!

More than you know! I woke up in a coughing fit at 2:00am and compulsively weighed. 225. Ugh. Same weight I was last Sunday after some ups and downs this week. I went back to bed feeling dejected. I slept 2.5 more hours and the MAGIC happened. I weighed in at 223! I called my husband over to the scale-look honey-what does it say??? That puts me at exactly TEN pounds lost on Medifast. I get to join the club!!!! Woo-hoo!!!! If I could ever get a decent night's sleep no telling what I would weight. Let me go change my ticker!

Congratulations Regina! Congratulations on entering Onederland!! I also have been heehawing but for alot longer. I've been back on plan since December 1st and have lost 9 lbs! ...a total of 33.5.

It's too much fun on the other side of goal to keep that stuff up!

Good morning all! After gaining over a pound on Monday due to getting a nasty cold/sinus infection, I come in this morning losing only 1.2 pounds from last Sunday, but .....drumroll please....I am down to 209.4 and in the 130# club!!!! :shock: :D Just 9.4 more pounds until goal!!

Great job Regina!! You are doing great! Biki you are doing good too and yes sleep does wonders for the weight loss! Good luck everyone and stay strong!! :kool: :jumprope:

WOW! Looks like everyone has had great successes this morning! Way to go everyone!

I'm asking for a drumroll here.................this morning I weighed in at 140lbs! Making me an official member of the 30lb club and reaching my Christmas goal. I never could wait to open my presents! :)

I think I have finally decided my goal will be 125 lbs. So I have 15 to go. Knowing how slowly I lose, I think I am aiming for Valentines Day to reach goal. I was waiting for the 30 lb gone mark to start exercising in ernest which I will now do. I didn't want to mess up my progress but I know I will need it for maintenance. Have a great Medi Day everyone!

way to go thinknthin!! And trust me, exercising won't mess with your progress a bit! Just start off slow to let your body get into the mode and then you will see results in your losses!! Good luck! :lol:

Congrats to everyone this week.

I had a great week going, then yesterday I had a long day at work on my feet the whole day and everything got screwed up. Instead of 4.8 lbs (as I was on Friday) I lost 3.4 lbs this week! Still great, just wish my friday weight would have stuck!

WOOT WOOT !! Great job everybody !! You are all doing so well :). Congrats again, Jeepi :). Biki, I am happy you got to experience the magic (yes, just imagine what it will be like when you are not sick and you are getting consistent sleep :shock: ) and congrats on your new club :).

Elizabeth, 9 pounds, you are doing awesome ! Lizabette, good to have you stop in from maintenance land. Tony, CONGATULATIONS !! What an achievement :). ThinknThin, FABULOUS ! The thirty pound club :shock: ! I can't wait to open my presents either -- I am very naughty about that :mrgreen:. Lucy, looking forward to witnessing your progress as well :).

BDG, 3.4 *IS* great, and as I like to think when something like that happens, more to post about next week. I am sure that will come off quickly and it will add to your loss next week and it will feel great :).


I weighed in this morning at .... drumroll please ... 179.5. I am so thrilled !! I feel this is my biggest milestone yet as I have spent *WAY* too long hovering in the 80's and finally I am out ! That gives me a 3 pound loss for the week.

I'm in maintenance, so I expect my weight to fluctuate a bit, but I'm still up 2.5 pounds from last week. I've been sticking with the maintenance plan except for Friday, and even though, I tried to make better choices. I've been exercising, so I can only chalk it up to normal fluctuations. It does make me extra guarded against adding any 'extras' or 'goodies' though. That's a good thing this time of year. Temptation around every corner when you're on maintenance. :x
