I am such a slow loser! All the people that lose 3 and 4 lbs a week are so impressive!

If it means anything to you, in my eyes you will always be a big loser.

Not a good week for me ~ weighed in at pre-thanksgiving weight still and only down 1". Just decided to stick with it though, and let my body deal with it on its time, but then forgot my bar to take to church with me this morning, and pretty much just said screw it! went to a friend's house straight from church and was just bad there. i have no excuse, just took the easy way out. And after a night tossing & turning thinking about it, gained two pounds - duh!!!

Today though, am right back on plan, and I am going to do a one-day 6 packet days (no l&g) deal and see if that helps with both my motivation AND my weight. I have already had my 8 glasses of water, and will probably have that manyagain by the end of the day. I am so so mad at myself for ever taking Thanksgiving weekend off! Ah, well, can't change things, can just get back on that horse and deal with it! :) I need to go set my goals in the goals thread to remind me just why i want this!

Everone has just had incredible weeks and you all continue to inspire me!!!

Good attitude, from this point forward the Thanksgiving trip no longer counts, it's a new week and you CAN do it this week....

And casma, you just learned the first rule of Medifasting (and no, it's not "don't talk about Medifasting"). Never, ever let yourself get hungry and caught without a Medifast meal. Carry extra stuff in your purse, your car, everywhere. Because when you're hungry, your resolve magically melts away and you're most likely to cheat. Even if it means you have an extra bar once in a while, that's OK - it's a lot better than going off program.

Greetings all you Losers!

WOW!!! What an impressive Roll Call. Congratulations to everyone who has reached a new goal, maintained or been accountable. Due to a crazy work schedule, computer problems and taking care of my Mother after her cataract surgery; I have been MIA for a few weeks.

Happy to report I am still living in maintainance land. With Christmas only a week away, I have been allowing myself small samplings of some of my favorite Christmas goodies. It is true what Nancy says, all those yummy foods will be there for you to sample and taste once you reach maintainance. I just make sure they are in balance with my total calorie intake for the day and I don't go overboard.

Have a great week everyone!!
