Congratulations to all you super losers this morning!!!
SPIDEY! 90 POUNDS! GRRRRRREAT! Gosh, in a few weeks, you will be on that stylin' Benjamin Franklin note!
Mary, you are doing incredibly well! The husband huggin' I'm sure is a definite perk!
Marseilles, 3.5 is a dang good loss! I'm jealous!
If you are disappointed, do not be so... it will come off, surely it will. Next week could surprise you with a bigger drop! Either way, you are on the right path.
Come one, come all, to the greatest show of losers in the world!
Myself, I am down 2 pounds, to 192 from 194. I'll take it!
I think maybe I had a bit too much o' the salt this week, and my bod is hoarding water. Plus I bet my little sampling of the olive spread Thursday night did not help! (Beware the gourmet gifts left by sweet landlords!)
Plus last night, after my chicken salad & crackers dinner, I was seriously, SERIOUSLY jonesing for some bad food and drink. Harder than ever... worse than Thursday and Friday night. My stomach was actually growling, and I started to look at Pizzaria Uno's website. UGH! Instead, I had an extra packet of crackers with a couple tablespoons of Grey Poupon mustard. YOWIE! That stuff is enough to make you cry. But it put the pizza madness off... I was on the edge, really. Emotional weeks are not good for the dieting. (My little twisted brain was telling me, hey, you're not going to meet that guy tonight, who are you trying to look good for? Who will know? No one will. Come on, just one night.) Somehow, I kept my butt in my house and did not give in. I confess though, that was one of the harder nights I've had. I almost gave in.
But you know what also kept me from doing it? Knowing that I would be weighing in here Sunday morning! Thank God for you all. I got on that scale last night, in the middle of this raging craziness, and it said 192.5. I told myself, if you eat that pizza and drink, what do you think it will read tomorrow? 195? Or even more? How is that going to make you feel?
And the answer was enough to suck it up and eat some eye-watering Grey Poupon
