Good Morning fellow MFers!!!
I was away the whole month of July and unable
to consistently stay on MF, so I chose to try and
just eat sensibly, exercise, and get back on plan
when I returned.
Well, I've returned.
So I'm back on plan, back
on roll call, and ready to reach goal.
I'm giving back my 20 lbs. loss and
resetting my ticker to indicate the weight
I kept off and the weight I need to lose.
Look forward to posting my losses next week.
