No real change this week. Had a week of bites and nibbles so I'm just happy my weight isn't up! :D
Reached Goal Nov 2007 61.5 lbs lost
Gained 11 lbs in Mexico 3/08, decided to lose that along with another 5 lbs!

3 lbs this week, 5 lbs this month, finally putting me lower than before. 76 lbs on Medifast (186 lbs total).

down 4 lbs for the week! Haven't seen such a number in some time! Total shed to date: 119 (knockin' on that 120# club door!)

However, I'm still obese (not morbidly obese, just plain ol' regular obese) and won't be considered overweight per the BMI chart for another 14 lbs. That, then, is my next goal after the 120# club.

That's great Diana. Those BMI milestones were important to me too and you are so close to just being overweight!

Hey everyone...sorry it has been so long since I have popped in! Looks like everyone is still going strong and then some! Holy weight loss! It was a nice break to come in and see how everyone is doing. :mrgreen:

I am doing well. Had a bit of a plateau there for about 3 weeks...everytime I got discouraged I just remembered what everyone has said in here and stuck to my guns and remained compliant. I think it is frustrating sometimes especially when I travel. It never fails...I just don't lose when I travel. I stay compliant, take my food, drink my water and I am just the same when I get back. Once back, I will start to lose again and then off traveling I go for another setback! blah blah blah.....

But...I guess I can not complain. I have lost over 50 pounds with 20 something to go!

Thanks to all of you for being the voices in my head! Take care and I will be back soon~ :-P
