Carolanne, maybe try one day at a time or even 3 hours at a time for now instead of all these deadlines and have the best compliant day you can. 5-1 water. What you did when you ate off program is behind you and hopefully you learned a lesson. Now just work the program. Patience and Compliance. Those are key.
