drmjwdvm~congrats on the loss!

Today is my official first time doing the sunday roll call. Although I am a newbie and just started yesterday I still wanted to weigh today and begin officially weighing every Sunday morning. I am at 270.3 this morning.

Hey everyone!

I was off the boards for a couple weeks - some off plan weekends at the county fair.

But I am back to report that I am in the 80# club as of today! Four more pounds to reach the halfway mark!

ok I am happy to report I am down another 2 pounds this week bringing my total to 37 pounds!!!! I actually weighed in yesterday because we had a huge going away party for my husband and i ate off plan, but i got on the scale again this morning and it still said i weighed the same!!!!! But i do not plan on eating off plan again, my poor tummy was not used to the food and it totally tor it up!!!

154.2 which is up from last week's 153.3. I will take it-because I have cheated all week- if I told you what I have eaten the last few days you would all die of shake-shock.

But... my mother's big birthday weekend is over, so back to normal. I still hope to lose 5 more pounds by my trip to Myrtle Beach on September 9th.

I am pleased to report that I'm down 2 more pounds this week AND have entered the -30 pounds club!!!!

How exciting!!!

I love reading the posts on this board and everyone's suggestions as I was starting out were most helpful.

Well I am sure most of you are aware that I was on a 10 day cheat up until Tuesday morning whe I got back in the MF saddle. When I started the week on Tuesday I was at 258.5 whih means I gained 10.5lbs. on vacation. OUCH!

This morning I am pleased to report that I am down to 249.5...
that's right a 9lb loss. Got rid of the extra water and then a little more. I am looking forward to hitting the 80lb club by next weigh-in.

Hope there are many more losers out there today!

Congrats to all, I like Turks attitude, I do like when I get back on track and see a huge loss.

I have to report a 2.8# gain, BUT with great reason. I had a HUGE NSV on Friday morning and it went downhill from there, not a binge, but I did eat what I wanted and had a couple of bottles of wine,,lol

No loss and no gain this week miraculously. Well, there was, but it's back down to what it was last Sunday.

136.3# - 58.7 LOSS

Lost a tad over one pound from last Sunday...Only 1.3 pounds to goal!
I wrote a little about it ,transition and more good stuff in my Journal last night.

My big congratulations to all of you losers, maintainers and new Clubbers!

Way to go everyone! Congrats Losers--YAY Maintainers-- and WTG to those who went off plan but hopped right back on!!

I had a 1lb loss this week putting me at 32lbs gone! I am hoping since I am feeling better that next weeks weigh in will be better!

Congrats to all who hold themselves accountable and check in even they are wee off track. I admire you. I would be under the bed lying to myself.

I am a newbie, but wanted to get disciplined with doing this every sunday morning and loving it!!

I started yesterday at 264.6.

This morning I weighed in at 260. No wonder I peed 22 times yesterday. :lol:
