I have been at my sister's since Friday, just got home a couple hours ago. I havent weighed myself since Friday morning. At that time I was down 1 for a total of 29. I had several NSV that I am going to post about but I did eat totally off plan Saturday (long story) I am hoping to get to the 30# Club by next week.

Congrats to everyone who hit a new club! Congrats to the losers, congrats to the maintainers and let's get going to all of us who stumbled this week! Still in project no-weigh, so I'll check in next week!

Slow week for me, but I am alright with it. Only 2.6 lbs lost this week considering an odd work schedule, I think that is just fine! Congrats to everyone who had a great week, and here's to an even better one this week!

CONGRATULATIONS to everyone for being accountable!! WTG for those reaching new clubs and those with ONDERLAND on the horizon.

A special shout out to Lizabette, you are almost there girlfriend!!! Love your new avatar!!

Reporting from Maintenance Land at 144.4 pounds today, the same as last Sunday. I have been staying between 144 and 147 this week, still under my goal weight of 148. I think my body is figuring out where it wants to stay. I've been adding some of my favorite foods back into my diet but not going overboard. Trying to keep my daily calories between 1330-1500 and it seems to be working. I even had Pizza this week with no weight gain. Of course, I only had a slice instead of the whole pie.

This Thursday is the one month Anniversary of my reaching goal. I'm celebrating by taking a long weekend trip to the Utah Shakespearean Festival and a couple of days in Las Vegas. I won't be around to post on next week's Roll Call until Monday evening at the earliest.

Have a great week!! I'm cheering you on because if I can do this I know you can do this!!!

Slow, but steady is my mantra

Hi everybody,
I lost my usual whopping 1 pound for this week. My total lost now is 45 1/2 pounds. Slow, but steady, I haven't gone off-plan, drink about 80 ounces of water a day. The only thing I can point to that might be slowing me down is the extra sugar-free Cool Whip I put on my pudding every other day.
The good news is: if I continue at this pace I will hit my goal between now and Christmas. 17 pounds to go!!!!

Aloha everyone! I'm down 3 pounds this week for a total of 15 pounds.
It's going a little slower than I hoped, but I am so happy to be far away from 170# when I started!

Weighing in late this week as I have been out of town until this morning. I am down 4.5 pounds from last weigh-in, which is pretty big for me, but last week was pretty tiny.

I weighed in at 200 even :shock: ... I suppose I am just inches away from Onederland :mrgreen: WOOOT ! I have lost a total of 37.5 pounds in a little over 2 months and I am hoping to make the forty pound club by next Roll Call.

I am on the precipice of ONEderland.
Checking in at 200.4 (ARGGGHHHH)!!!

Oh well, I am down 1.6 lbs from last week, and I did have to contend with TOM and too much sodium from drinking broth, which I normally don't do. Patience is a virtue, right?

Is This Cheating?

I just got undressed to take a shower and thought, "hmmm ... I wonder what I weigh with no clothes on". Weighed and I'm at 199.6

Now, I normally weigh when I wake up, after my bathroom stop, and with my pajamas on; however, this ONE TIME I'm taking this number. I've been waiting for ONEderland for about 20 years so I'M TAKING IT!!!
