I may as well switch to Sundays (I usually post in Roll Call on Mondays since that's my official day). Anyway, first week into transition and I'm down a pound, to 129.2. So, for anyone keeping track, 4 pounds from my original goal and 1 pound below my revised goal.
Body fat seems to be dropping slowly, too. I'm working out about an hour a day, five to six days a week. Calories are between 925 and about 975 right now, and this week's goal is to cut back to six meals a day (from seven), including one L&G and two that are around 200 calories instead of 100-110. I don't want to add too much in the way of carbs till my calories are up because I know they'll make me hungrier.
I'm leaving on vacation Wednesday, so I can post while I'm gone but I won't be weighing in.
