Good mornign all,
I have never done a roll call. Today ends my 3rd week on MF and I am down a total of 6 lbs. I would have been down more, but I went off the plan for 3 days of white water rafting and gained 3lbs.

You are all so wonderful and thank you for posting your successes. reading all the posts makes me feel like I can stick to it.

Milestones this week:
I had no cheats for 7 whole days
My boyfriend told me that he was proud of me for sticking to it when we were at a party lastnight. It was hard, but worth it!!!

I missed last week's roll call because I was working. I only lost half a pound last time.

This week was full of milestones. I lost 4 pounds this week, got into a new club, and my BMI is finally overweight instead of obese! :) Plus I went to a birthday party last night and didn't stray. I even accepted a piece of cheesecake from the daughter because she was so proud she made it. I held it on my plate, pushed it around and played with it a while before I put it in the trash. I couldn't imagine doing that before. I would have had seconds instead.

Okay, not too much to post about today.... I only lost half a pound this week weighing in at 204.5, giving me a total loss of 33 pounds in 8 weeks. I will take it !! :).

What a swell bunch of losers we all are.

Down 4 pounds this week. Total of 83 pounds lost to date.

Hope to hit the halfway point by my 5 month anniversary on the 24th. Only 1.5 pounds to go to that mini goal. Then it will be all downhill from there. Figuratively speaking of course. I know that the closer you get to goal, the slower the loss...(So I'm giving myself 5 months and 1 day to lose the rest..HAHA)

2 pounds down for me this week putting me at 197. :) Went to a cookout yesterday with a group of friends who had not seen me since my heaviest..and the whole place errupted when I got out of the car...was embarressing but so, SO satisfying nsv!! LOL :D
Hubby still wont get on the scale this week :roll: he thinks he has gained but I think he is just letting guilt over small "cheats" play mindgames with him cause he doesnt look like he has gained at all.

Onward and downward! Congratulations to all on reaching goals, maintaining and just being accountable.

Me too. I'm down 3 lbs. this week, for a total of 35 lbs. of nasty, ugly, wobbly, grossness gone forever!

Milestone: I'm just past my halfway mark. I have less to lose now than I've already lost! Yay me!!

Greetings Everyone from Maintenance Land,

CONGRATULATIONS to everyone for staying accountable!! This program works and you have all seen it work in your own lives!!

Maintenance is going well. I basically have two "Lean & Green" meals a day with four additional small meals made up of MF Supplements and acceptable foods. Trying to keep my calories under 1500 per day.

I am now weighing everyday and my weight has fluctuated between 1-4 pounds of my goal. Today I weighed in at 144.4 pounds my smallest yet.

Keep up the good work and you all will be at goal in no time!!!

I just had to go look at what I was last Sunday. I dont change my signature enough so it confuses me. I was 236 last week and 234 today. I have been at 234 for a few days now. I think since Thurs. but with eating out twice yesterday I am happy that I didnt gain.

I am down 4 this week. I have been able to stay compliant 100% since I started on 7/31/06 which frankly amazes me. I am amazed how the products can leave me not starving most of the time. :-P So glad I found this product! Medifast and all of you fellow losers rock !!! I honestly don't think I could be where I am now without this wonderful forum as a tool. Many THANKS to all of you and your wonderful Inspiration :lol:
Going to restart Jun 2009, been gone since after surgery Oct06. Can't wait !

I may as well switch to Sundays (I usually post in Roll Call on Mondays since that's my official day). Anyway, first week into transition and I'm down a pound, to 129.2. So, for anyone keeping track, 4 pounds from my original goal and 1 pound below my revised goal.

Body fat seems to be dropping slowly, too. I'm working out about an hour a day, five to six days a week. Calories are between 925 and about 975 right now, and this week's goal is to cut back to six meals a day (from seven), including one L&G and two that are around 200 calories instead of 100-110. I don't want to add too much in the way of carbs till my calories are up because I know they'll make me hungrier.

I'm leaving on vacation Wednesday, so I can post while I'm gone but I won't be weighing in.

I'm back on plan 100% and looking forward to losing more. I've been able to maintain but the decision to go back on compliance was a real PITA. I'm looking forward to getting to where I want to be.

I posted mine yesterday, but I am down 101 lbs since I started (that I know of) and this week 5.4 lbs. I am 299!

I am now a member of the 50# club. For some reason I feel 50 is such a big number! I am thrilled to see it on my ticker!
