I am very happy to report I am down 6 pounds since last Sunday :shock: This brings me to 57# lost since April 24.

I know exactly how you feel Gina! :thumbup:
I was in the 200's for such a loooong time (most of my adult life!) that getting to 197.5 and ONEderland was a goal in itself! (Unfortunately, after a few blissful weeks in the 190's, I went "somewhat" off program ...for an entire MONTH! ... and have gained 5lbs back :dooh: ).
I am on program 100% now and plan to join you in ONEderland very soon (save me a seat).

CONGRATULATIONS!!! :whoohoo:

Off Track

I am upset to report I gained two lbs. I got off track on friday at work and just kept craving everything all of the sudden. I stuck to it exact for two weeks with no cravings or anything and them bam I had no control. I was down 12 lbs on thursday and now i am only down 10 but 10 in 2 1/2 weeks I guess isn't bad. I am back on track and hopfully I will catch back up this week.

Aloha everyone! I am 160#! Down 3 pounds from last week. My total weight loss is 10 pounds since I started on August 1.

I'm down 3 lbs to 172! Yeah! That's only 2 lbs to go to make the 30 lb club. I'm sure I'll be there by next week. My weight loss seems to stop and start a lot, but my muffin tops are shrinking!! as Manly says. I put on an outfit for work this morning in the gym and my gym buddy said, "You're not going to be able to wear that outfit anymore. It's falling off of you!" She's right! I look like I'm wearing a trash bag or something, and this outfit was so tight that I couldn't wear it before! Fiday I had two people who weren't aware taht I was dieting stop me and tell me I was looking great and wow, how did I do that?? I'm feeleing pretty good....

I'm not sure WHAT to report today. Usually I go with my low for the week since I fluctuate so much. That would be 130.2, down 1.4 from last week, I think.

But the scale's been climbing a bit the past few days and today it jumped up a whole pound, so today I'm at 131.8. I know that's not right because I haven't eaten anything different. I know it's the exercise (which I increased again a few days ago; obviously that's not a coincidence) and the heat (which is back up in the 100s). But still.

Greetings Everyone from Transition Land!!!

I was out of town in Los Angeles for the weekend without a computer and couldn't post on Roll Call yesterday, so wanted to check in today!!

CONGRATULATIONS to all the wonderful losers and maintainers on this Forum. Such inspiring losses this week!!

Lizabette, you are soooo close to goal! I have a special seat reserved for you in Transition/Maintenance Land. You are going to love it here and you are going to do great!! I'm cheering you on.

I have been weighing everyday now that I'm in Transistion and yesterday morning the scale put me at 147 pounds. One pound down from goal. These past two weeks of transition I have been fluctuating between 146.4 and 148.2. So I'm staying pretty close to goal. Two more days and it's on to Maintenance! :yes:

Sorry for not posting yesterday ... but I am so scared of the scale ... TOM has been in town for the 3rd week ... ggghhhrrr I can't wait for this to be over with ... is this ever going to happen!?! I'm already 50 yrs old.

The last time I checked I had gained 3 pounds ... back up to 235 ... but I was not having my five shakes and was eating more meals instead. Back to normal schedule today.
