I am down a scant 2.4# this week but I am gettign closer to my goal. A loss is a loss.

WOW... what great successes everyone !! And special congrats to Sarya for getting to Onderland !!

Okay, I weighed in at 208.5 this morning, giving me a 1.5# loss for the week, and 29#s in six weeks overall. I will take it, especially since I have had that TOM and felt as though I were barely able to stay on program (but I did ! ...not sure how, but I did !).

Hoping that this next week things will be picking back up again.

I guess I will finally hold myself accountable. I have gained 1 pound over the last 2 weeks putting me at 162. I have been off plan 2 whole weekends but go 100% on plan during the week. It is weird how on Monday I was up 7 lbs from the off plan weekend but lost all but 1 lbs right away. This last one lbs is hanging on for dear life. It would have been gone if I would have stayed on plan this weekend. It was my daughters 8th birthday and then another fair. Oh well.

Everyone is doing great!!

I had an amazing week! I'm down 5.5 pounds for a total of 29.5 pounds! This was a strange week for me, I spent 2 LONG days walking around Disneyland so I had 2 extra supplements on the first day and two L&Gs the second day (other than that, I ate on program, no junk at all!). I figured I might have maintained this week but I guess I lost big. I am really happy I didn't give in to the fritters and churros that I wanted at Disneyland.

What a swell bunch of losers we all are. (Wait...swell..losers....is that an oxymoron?)

Happy to report down 4.1 for the week. Hit 75 pound mark. Trying to reach 90 pounds by September 5th when I fly up to Seattle to see some friends.

Congrats again to all you MF Losers..(I love saying that...know what I mean?)

Looks like a great week for everyone this week! I had a great week too with a 4.4 lb loss! down to 309.6 and into the 90# club!

Thanks for the great support, This is my first posting, I posted under weightloss this morning----still learning the correct routine:) 11 days on the program I am down 9 1/2 lbs.

Well, I am in the Medizone again, thankfully. Down 5.2 lbs since last weigh in. Gone to San Jose for the week. Hopefully will be down more. Total of 56.2 on Medifast. 171.6 overall.

I'm thrilled to report from Transistion Land. Today is Day Six of my transition phase. I weighed in this morning at 148.2...2/10ths of a pound up from goal. I have bounced around this week from 147.2 to 148.2. Seems like that extra pound can't decide what it wants to do.

I'm cheering on those of you so close to goal. :cheermed: :cheermed: :cheermed: I can't wait to have you join me in transition and maintenance!!

Congratulations to all losers, maintainers and those being accountable!

Last Sunday I was in the middle of a 4 1/2 day birthday celebration cheat. I gained 6 pounds from it, but I am happy to say that after being totally compliant since Wednesday, I lost all of that except .2 of a pound. Carb withdrawal was rough, as usual, but now I am back on track!

Also, for various reasons, I have lowered my goal on my ticker from 145 to 140. 16.8 pounds to go!

Well, I joined the "No Weigh" Team so I have not weighed since Aug 1st which I was down to 161 1/2 from 179!!!!
I can tell that my pants fit so much better and I wore a dress to church today that hub remembers trying to zip the fat into it!!! Someone at church asked me if I was loosing weight, from behind, :0) and I told her "Yes, thanks for noticing!" It felt so good!
