Good afternoon all! Some excellent losses this week! Congrats to all the new club members:

-Leeann - 50# - WOW!
-Heather and Angie - 20# - excellent!
-Lisa and Kim - 40# (hope to be with you soon!)

After my disappointing 0.5 last week (I know I know - any loss is a loss but it is so darn frustrating :x ) I am down 4 lbs this week! I am more than 1/2 way to goal and so close to the 40 lb club! Hopefully next week will be the week!

Martha - keep safe and so glad to hear you are feeling better. Take care of yourself - you are such a blessing to all!

Christi - I am so glad you are back! Really missed your posts!

Hi Everyone - I am down three pounds this week for a total of 76. Can't wait to make it to the 80# Club :D . As of today, I have been Medifasting for 160 days; it has been a wonderful journey. Three weeks ago, I bought size 18 pants for the first time in over 25 years. I was wearing size 26, and the 18's are now bagging. Except for the flapping belly that sounds like I'm clapping my hands when I go up and down the steps (Hey Christi, you remember that Monster, right ;) ), I have been shrinking proportionately, and am please to report that sagging, bagging skin are not an issue for me at this time. In fact, my skin is soft and looking mighty fine, if I do say so. I also am experiencing something somewhat unbelievable  . I have a large scar (about the size of a bar of bath soap) on the shin of my right leg from an accident about 10 years ago. It's a dark, red-colored patch of skin with a bit of an indentation. Well, low and behold, it is disappearing! Clear skin has invaded about 30% of the scar and the color is lightening up throughout the rest of the area. The indentation is almost gone. I've never been bothered by it, but am profoundly grateful for what is happening to my body - in so many ways. I'm so proud of all you Losers - keep it up. It is so worth it!

And here I am, tagging on the end again.. :) I've had a 3lb loss this week. My hunger struggles are over (I guess it WAS the shot after all!) and back on program like a trooper. At least I'll know what to expect the next time and I can be prepared!

Congrats to everyone on your losses! We're the best bunch of losers going!
