I'm down 2.4 pounds for the week...still a little under goal weight but i guess that's alright...i'm MAINTAINING...got'a go try and fix my ticker again...tried earlier this morning but the site was to busy.

way to go everyone! So got back on the wagon after 4 months of "trying" to maintain the best I could with the situation, and that didn't work so here I am. Lost 9.2 pounds this week so definitely back on track and boy is it ever tough!!

What great losses! I am really inspired!

For those getting back on the wagon (yay TonyR and SharonR! yay Nickieluv!), I feel ya! It's not easy, but isn't that the case with things that we value most? There's usually some kind of struggle or sacrifice to it. And it's soooo worth it! (You know that or you wouldn't be here, right?)

Anywho -- I'm down an entire pound! for a grand loss of 115 and a weight of 188.0.

Maintained this week (sigh). Great job everybody for hanging in there and keeping the loses going.
I also noticed that it appears Unca wasn't here today because all of those clubs didn't get moved (he usually beats me to it). So I had the honor of moving the people into the clubs they reached (I always have fun doing that).
