I STILL have the potty break thing after 160 days. Only once during the night usually though.

Wow!! What a great week!!

I officially up half a pound since I last reported. I (ahem) gained a bit on our two week tour of the great northwest at the beginning of the month. (I actually did fine until my bil's yeast waffles the day before we came home, but traveling, lack of exercise, different schedules, restaurants almost every night (higher salt and fat that I eat at home) all contribute.) SO, I went up several pounds and am now down all but a scant 8 oz of it. That's like a cup of water. I'm not stressed.

That's actually the greatest thing I've learned -- when I fall off, I get right back on. Sometimes I have some interest to pay off before I start working on principle again, but it's not the end of the world.

Here's to a fabulous week and mutual success all around! :buddies:
