Way to go everyone. Still maintaining under goal, but lack of sleep is really hard on ones body!! :lol: Good job Kelly!! 13.8 pounds is awesome!

I am checking in with a 3 pound weight loss, I just started last Thursday so this is day 4 for me!

Phew! I made it through yesterday. I thought for sure I would give in to my intense cravings--but I didn't! I kept telling myself to choose health over sugar and that was a great help. In the back of my mind I am still wondering when am I going to blow it, it is just a matter of time before I blow it and I am not really going to loose the weight. I wish I didn't think that. I am trying hard to change my thinking and tell myself I can do this today, today I choose to be healthy, and yes, I can succeed! This can be so overwhelming!

4.5 lbs this week!

This is the end of week 2 for me. I didn't check in last week. I lost 6 lbs week 1. Not bad for 2 weeks.

10# Club Please! :D

Congrats to everyone.
Reached Goal Nov 2007 61.5 lbs lost
Gained 11 lbs in Mexico 3/08, decided to lose that along with another 5 lbs!

morning from the West coast 8) I burned off 3lbs last night, for the week total of -3. I can feel the 220's coming.

My scale was bouncing this morning between 174.5 and 175 so I will go with the higher weight and claim a 3.5# loss for the week! :angel:

This has been such a wonderful week for everyone it seems--Kudos to all! :bow: I feel blessed to be part of such a supportive group!! :hug:

Good morning everybody and a HUGE congrats to you kelly!!! I lost 10# this week (hopefully even more because my official weigh in is tomorrow). I know a lot of it was water but hey... a loss is a loss. All i have left to say is... OH UNCA!!!10# CLUB PLEASE!!

WTG all you loosers. I did not weigh this morning. The battery was dead on the scale... I guess I was too much for the poor thing. :eyecrazy: I replaced the battery, and will post my loss (I hope) in the morning. :wave:

Ok, I was overly excited about my 10#s. I sent out a huge congrats to Kelly with all intentions of congratulating everyone else too!! Sorry. So, congrats to all the losers and maintainers. For those that fell off this week (i have to admit i gave in to grandma's sweet potato pie yesterday) hang in there and keep pushing. Geez, why does grandma always have to try and feed me????????

For me? I am down just shy of 2#'s..but.... I am now in the...

20# club pleeeaaassseee!

For those of you who have been reading and supporting..you know this was a huge personal milestone for me and was what I needed to boost me up! I am sooo excited! So thanks to all of you for that support!

LLA, congratulations on hitting the 10# club!!

Congratulations to all of you! There were some very big losses this week which are so great and impressive......but even those littler losses add up and are worth a lot in the long run.

We're wasting away to thinness! ;)
