I'm a broken record, but I wanna be. I'm maintaining at 2-3 pounds below my goal, blah blah blah blah. :mrgreen:

Well, at least it isn't one of those scale mysteries which are even harder to deal with...at least you didn't gain! It hurt to post a gain last week for me!

Thank You for all the support! I REALLY need it as My family is under MAJOR stress and changes right now and the other night pizza and chocolate cake was all I really wanted. I am getting better at replacing my need for emotional eating with positive feed back from all of you :mrgreen:

Down 2 lbs since last week! Only 3 lbs to go to get into the 20# club!

Congrats to all the maintainers, losers and those who aspire to be in one of the first two groups. :)

Today was Palm Sunday and the service at our church (St. Mary Our Lady of Grace) was gorgeous. I was one of the readers for the Passion Story and somehow I made it through w/o botching it. Whew.

Hope everyone has a reflective and peaceful Holy Week (it's Easter and Passover, so there are lots of us out there celebrating, I'll bet).

Good job everyone! I am still maintaining 1 month after goal. 6.2 pounds below goal! I know what you mean Jo, feels like a broken record, but doesn't it feel good!? 8) Good luck to everyone!

I'm down 4 lbs. from last Sunday--down to 185! Extremely pleased :coolnana:

Great loses everyone!! :clap: I'm beginning to wonder if the Moon's cycle had anything to do with the marvelous losses!! ;)

Great Job, everyone !! Some awesome losses :). I am up half a pound from last Sunday, but down 2.5 since yesterday, so I will take it. I have added fruit to my diet now and I am exercising A LOT (for me), so I am not quite sure where I am actually going to end up weight-wise or what exactly my goal should be at the moment, but at least the scale worked in my favor since yesterday.
