Down 1 pound from last week's 180#. Sigh, I seem to be really slowing down.

Congrats to all you losers!

I stayed the same this week. Seem to be stuck at 209 for some reason.
I have not been under 207 in MANY, MANY years ... I think my body thinks it has to plateau here ... hope it's ready for a shock because I plan on being down a few more pounds next week!

I don't cheat - EVER - and haven't since I started this plan in March. Wednesday will be my 1 month MF anniversay! This is the VERY FIRST diet program I have EVER been on (and thats in over 30 years) that I have stayed on WITHOUT cheating :D

Anyone else have a hard time losing this early in the game? It seems to me that everyone drops 3-5 pounds almost every week. Can't say I'm discouraged - cause I'm not ... just slightly dissappointed ~ but tomorrow's another day ;)

Have a good week all!

Congratulations Losers!!! I am down 3.5 pounds for a total of 43 pounds!!! I had a very stressful week getting ready at work for my time out next week (knee surgery) so I worked 11-12 hour days but I stayed right on plan. I was very happy at the loss this week.

Have a great week everyone!!

Congrats Losers!
I had a tough week...but VERY happy that I had a loss. Its been a struggle to get all the meals in with working 10-12hour days. I did actually stop weighing myself like a crazy person, and just stepped on the scale today.
Down 5.5lbs, almost at 20! WAHOO!

Everyone, have a good week!

Cathy, not everyone loses that quickly. I lost 5 or 6 pounds my first week, then just 2 a week for the next month or so, then it slowed down even more. Hang in there!!!!

I'm hanging in there Robin! :aarggh:

Not easy ... but I'll never go back "to the dark side" (or should I say fat side ? ) again! :lightsword:

Better to lose 1 or 2 lbs a week than GAIN ANYTHING ;)

Thanks for the support (I needed it!)

Hi everyone! Sorry I'm late...again!

I just wanted to report that I jumped on the scale sunday morning (as usual)...do you know what it said? BAT...Now I've got to go find a couple of weird batteries for this TAKE SHAPE scale that is LESS THAN A MONTH OLD ARGH!

I'll report in later...just wanted to congratulate everyone on losses, commisserate with the maintainers and say hi!

Congratulations to everyone who had a loss, and to everyone who stayed on plan even without a loss!

I was soooo discouraged yesterday when I stepped on the scale. :( It showed I had not had a loss this week, and after last week's .5 pound, I was frustrated. :x However, I stayed true to the plan and today am down 1 pound. I know its not much, but I hope this is the beginning of a downward trend! :) If I remember right, last time I got to this point, I was kinda stuck here for a few weeks...my body thinks this is where it wants to stay. :? I know better, though!

Anyway, I feel better now! :-P Hope everyone has a great week!

Hi :)

I'm SO inspired and motivated after reading you guys' awesome losses! WTG!!!

Well, it's been a couple of weeks since I posted in the "Come on In" forum, and then Easter hit. And I hit the darn Cadbury Mini Eggs. Why??? I dunno. Sounded good at the time. I'd like to think old habits die hard, but I really think that old habits don't ever die, they just lay in waiting. So....after refusing to weigh after my deadly choice to eat candy, (I have a tendency to be in denial) I finally weighed today and I lost whatever I gained, plus another 1.5#. I have been back on track for a week now. I'm back in VFT :D Total loss: 21.5#

When will I realize that going off this plan, even for a minute, causes me to gain? I've been on this for 6 weeks now (starting my 7th today). I am going back to weighing every morning for sure.

Have a great week!
