Only down 0.4 lbs for the week, but a loss is a loss and I'll take it. I'm doing the 6/0 plan but went out for a L/G b-day dinner and I guess my body just doesn't know what to do with it ... LOL

I guess my puny loss brings the total to 210.1

a moment on the lips ... a WEEK or TWO of Medifasting to get it off the hips! (My hubby put one of my pb/chocolate bars in the basket so there'd be something there for me too ... isn't he sweet!)

I just wanna say that your husband is very thoughtful and very sweet!!!

Mine didn't even give me a card ... and when I mentioned that to him, he said, but you can't have chocolate, besides, I am giving you a newer car ...
... Doesn't that count!?! I smiled and said , I guess so ...

I didn't even think of the Medifast bars. What a great idea!!! And a very sweet one from your hubby!!! "Points for him"

I also think you are absolutely right regarding eating the "No-No foods" ... It's so true that a few minutes of pleasure will turn out to be hours, days and even weeks of agony trying to get them off. (for me the weeks turned into months and months into years). I know, exactly what you are talking about ... being there, done that ... NOT WORTH IT!!! Besides, "NOTHING TASTES BETTER THAN THIN FEELS!!!

Hello- Im a little late posting. I couldnt make it to the computer yesterday with Easter and all.
Im happy to say I lost another 3 pounds this week for a total of 15.5 pounds AND I am .5 lbs UNDER what I was 3 years ago when I got pregnant. I finalyy lost ALL my baby weight and she will be 2 in 2 weeks. Im so excited. My hubby and even my kids notice it now.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE Medifast! This is the first year I didnt gorge on jellybeans- MY FAVORITE!!!
