Down 3.8 lbs this week. That's a total of 40.8 since starting Medifast, and almost 57 lbs since August (
). The milestone I hit this week (beside getting into the 40 lb club, that is
) was getting below 220. That was my weight when I first started Atkins in the summer of 1998. I lost about 40 lbs, then gained it all back, plus interest! So now it feels like I've finally gotten rid of the interest, and am chipping away at the principal. It feels GREAT.
Congrats to everyone for getting in here and staying accountable!

PS Assuming Gina's calculations are correct (because I'm not going to go back and check them . . . too much math for a Sunday morning!), with the added lbs from Sue and myself, we are now at 139.9 lbs lost for the week!
