Way to go EVERYONE!!! I am happy to report I am down another 3 pounds this week for a total of 26 since mf Start(Feb 16) and a total of 34 since Jan 3. I have lowered my bmi by 6 points in a little over 6 weeks!! WOOHOO!

Grand Tally for All 130.3 If I added right.(I am NOT an accountant.) :lol:

Good Morning Medifasters!!!! :wave:

I am sooooooo happy to report to roll call that I am down.........

5 1/2 pounds from my "back to reality" weigh-in last Sunday!! :yay:

I'm sure I'll get back to my pre-wedding/pre-honeymoon weight in another day or so and then back to a slower pace but THIS FEELS GOOD!!

Congrats to all you victorious losers and victorious Medifasters that are giving this program your all. It works!! Don't compare your losses to another, just stick to it and you'll LOSE!! I am a slower loser and also had two stalls, but I kept losing inches and it WORKS!!

Have a super duper week EVERYONE!!! :wavie:

Down 3.8 lbs this week. That's a total of 40.8 since starting Medifast, and almost 57 lbs since August ( :shock: ). The milestone I hit this week (beside getting into the 40 lb club, that is ;) ) was getting below 220. That was my weight when I first started Atkins in the summer of 1998. I lost about 40 lbs, then gained it all back, plus interest! So now it feels like I've finally gotten rid of the interest, and am chipping away at the principal. It feels GREAT. :D

Congrats to everyone for getting in here and staying accountable!

PS Assuming Gina's calculations are correct (because I'm not going to go back and check them . . . too much math for a Sunday morning!), with the added lbs from Sue and myself, we are now at 139.9 lbs lost for the week! :woohoo:

Edited to add ascicles' 10 lbs: Make that 149.9 lbs for the week!

Wow! Some fantastic losses here (as usual). Don't ya just love Sundays! I'm so proud of everyone! One more week of thinnie success!

I'm down 1-1/2 pounds this week for a grand total of 37 pounds. I remember a long time ago saying, "Gosh if I could just get down to 175" - weeeeeeeee here I am and I don't plan on staying here long! I'm really hoping for the 40# club label here soon!

Grand total of the group...... 151.4 pounds

SUPER JOB all you losers!

I myself am down 4 pounds this week from my 217 last week - to 213! YIPPY! That's one more pound than I usually get rid of, AND I am expecting my fun womanly guest this week also - so the 4 pounds is doubly sweet!

However I will settle for my normal 3 next week ;)

Getting there, shake by shake!

Good morning everyone! So much fun to read all the stories today. Like Lisa, I only lost 1 pound this week, but I'm very grateful for that. I'm hoping this is just a temporary slowdown, but even if it remains the norm from now on, I WILL continue medifasting to my goal.

Congrats to all the losers !!! I'm posting a little late today. I just got back from a 16 mile overnight hike. I was pleasently surprised that I did so well and had great stamina. Last fall's hike was very painful and I couldn't catch my breath going up the hills on the trail.

Anyway, on to the numbers...

I lost another 4 lbs this week putting me at 240 lbs. I'm very happy with the progress this week and look forward to losing more everyday.

Hello everyone - some really great losses this week for you all...but some even better attitudes.

I am down 3 pounds this week as of today (my official weigh in is tomorrow morning but I wanted to join roll call). So I am getting closer to that 40 pound mini go for Resurrection Sunday on the 16th!!!

Congratulations to all those who lost, mantained and even to those who gained some this week ... we all have learned something new ... :idea:

My goal was to lose 6 pounds and get out of the house of the 30s this week. But instead I had a real bad week ... Confession of a cheater: :couch:

:bib: I had a piece of a sausage and cream cheese homemade pie I made for my hubby ... then the next day I ate the toppings of a LARGE cheese Pizza :flip: all by myself. I guess I was craving salty things :tongue:...

The next day, "TOM" arrived "AGAIN" :x ... sometimes I wish I were a man ... if you are a woman you know exactly what I am talking about ... You boys are so blessed! :angel:

In spite of all that crazyness, I still managed to lose 2.5 pounds this week. I guess the water :water: I drunk helped flush all that stuff out of my system.

Today is a new day and my goal for this coming week is to be in the house of the 220s ... even if the scale reads 229.9 I'll be very happy :yes: ... I can't wait to get out of the house of the 230s.
