Down 6/10 of a pound. I was going to say a half a pound, but I wanted to give myself credit for the other tenth. hehe :mrgreen:

There were some awesome losses this week. Congrats to all! :whoohoo:

Weighed in today at the doc's, down 9/10#. Couldn't quite stretch it to a full pound. :lol: DH was pleased, I wanted a little more. :?

I did something really goofy today. Had my l&g at lunch bc out for a meeting. Got home in time to grab granddaughter off bus, run to the store, come back home and cook dinner. Now here comes the goofy part - forgot I'd already had my l&g and had another one. :eyecrazy:

Anyone else ever do this or am I in a class of my own? :shock:

Yep Fitday or MyMedifast is awesome!! :D I love being able to tell if I am within the limits or not *before* I eat something!
