Thanks for the encouragement, Tim and Angelia. I was off-program all week, and I would start each day planning to get back on track, and fall off during the day. Oddly enough, I was reading some books about emotional eating, and their descriptions of people bingeing triggered cravings in me for those foods, which aren't even my trigger foods! I guess I can't handle that type of reading, at least not right now.
Also, one of my problems was that I had a brunch to attend on Sunday, and then a party on the following Saturday. My mind seemed to chalk the whole week up to a total loss.
Ah well, birthday cake and rum punch are behind me. I was 100% faithful to Medifast today, and I will try to continue in that manner. I'm just glad I have a foolproof plan to come back to!
