-4 lbs for me! Not as good as I hoped again, but still more than if I were not doing MF. I seem to not lose anything at all on the weekends even though my water drinking is still good and I am staying true to the plan. Maybe by week 3, I will start kicking butt. Anyhoo, everyone is doing terrific! Keep up the good work!
P.S. Unca, put me in the 10 lb club please! I haven't changed my sig yet.
