Well, I am here to report a 2lb weight loss! I was hoping for about four pounds, but I'll take any loss! I hope everyone has done a great job this week. Until next roll call, happy losing!
Good Morning All!
Wow you all have done great this week!!!!!!!
I am SO proud of everyone!!!!
Isn't it exciting to get up in the morning when you know that scale is going to show you a lower number!!!! It is the start of a new year and a new US!
I lost 4.5 pounds this week!!!
That takes me to 56 1/2 lost total!! YIPPEE!!
I was heading for a mini goal of 60 by my birthday 0n Jan 29, so I am only
3 1/2 away and have 20 days to do it in!
It will be 12 weeks tomorrow that I have been on MF. Where else could you experience this amount of weight loss, feeling great and not being hungry!!!
I wish everyone a wonderful weight dropping MF week!

I just HAD to peek in the weight room before I unplug my laptop and pack her up into my animal print carrying bag (of course!) and head for the air port.
I feel so proud of you all. Just keep on doing the right things every day that will help you to reach your goals.
It feels like it takes forever and then you wake up one morning and you're skinny!
Go for the prize! You are worth it! I believe in you.

I am new here (started Friday) and it's day 3. I was going to weigh on Friday mornings but I would rather be accountable here than only to myself. So, I've lost 2 pounds so far and I'll start weighing on Sundays.
Everyone here is so great! Checking in and reading helps keep me going.
Keep up the fantastic work and awesome inspiration!
I am down 16.5 lbs since my restart on December 2nd and have decided that from this point on I am going to only weigh monthly..so, here is to the beginning of another successful month!!
Last Sunday night, I weighed myself on my friend's brand new digital scale. Weight: 269.5. I started Medifasting Monday, and with the possible exception of a few too many cherry tomatos the second night, I have followed the 5-1 perfectly this last week.
I bought myself a new digital scale yesterday, and stepped on it this morning in the same clothes that I wore last Sunday night. Weight: 255.0.
I have to go up to my friend's house today (I'll need an ark; it's pouring down rain here in Southern California and has been for ages) and see how her scale and mine compare. But they shouldn't really be more than a pound or so different, should they?
I'm calling today's weight at 255.0, since my weigh-ins will be on my own scale from now on, but I might adjust my start weight after I compare the two scales.
Now THIS is motivation for Week 2: 14.5 pounds lost (yeah, I know it's water, but I'll take it; I can FEEL it!) in Week 1!
re: water weight... The first one-two weeks do include water weight loss but half of your weight loss is pure stored fat! Take heart!
You are doing a great job.
I understand the dilemma when you weigh on two scales. I did the same thing. I wanted my scale to be accurate so I kept weighing on both of them - anal, eh? and silly of me but like you, I wanted to know how I was doing since I was sacrificing so much.
Go with your original weight on your friend's scale as your starting weight and then just use yours from now on. You will soon see a difference in how your clothes fit and how your cheeks ( both pairs of cheeks! ) are trimming down.

Hi all. Well, my old scales showed a loss of 4 pounds. Then I got some new scales which weighed me a LOT heavier, but I lost 7.1 pounds on them this week. So, I lost a grand total of 11.1 pounds this week.
I figure the scales are just a reference number anyway. I am getting into clothes I have not worn in years, more active than I have been in years, and happier than I have been in years.
Hi All,
I am slowly, slowly scraping and clawing my way back towards being 100% on the program. This morning the scale said 202.4. So basically I have maintained for the past 2 months, and am now trying to get together the impetus to launch myself on another weight loss phase. This weekend was torture, I was obsessed with food thoughts, but somehow made it through.
Best wishes to everyone for continued success. We can ALL do this together.
Carrie
