Congrats Shrink! :) You are doing SO well!

As for me, I am down from 198 on Dec. 19th to 194 today. Not a gigantic change, but hey, I'll take it!

Now the holidays are truly over, thank God! No more pressure to eat eat eat to be "polite." From here on out, peeps, it's clear sailing.

Just think where we will all be next Christmas! Mmm, it's a nice thing to think about.

Instead of being in a size 16, I'll be in a 6. And there won't be any more holiday photos taken by my family that show me pudgy. Hate those!

Good luck to everyone! May the scales be nice to you!

hallo, all!! :)

Mark me down for a loss of 4.5 this week..sorry for posting late, I still have residual holiday company here! ACK! What is the old adage? Company and fish are one and the same, they both start to stink after about three days? Mine is working on week three....ugh! LOL

Happy shaking, all! :)

Day 2 Check In

Postby Kim » January 3rd, 2005, 10:14 am

Well, I restarted yesterday after going off for a month and a half. I originally started in October at 179. When I restarted yesterday I weighed in at 171. I just took a peek at the scales today and it says 168...now I am not doing a big happy dance as I know the first week is a lot of water loss...but it was encouraging, especially since I got a visit from "aunt flo" last night as well...

Have a good week everyone. :)

g'daye everyone. I am happy to report a 3.2 pound loss this week. They also measured me at the doc's office... a total of 15 inches gone!! (they measure every 2 months). I have gotten by the first 2 months with NO exercise. My New Years resolution is to start exercising (just a wee bit) 2-3x a week. My doctor told me it is not really necessary during the weight loss phase, but is crucial to maintenence. She likes to start now, so it will be a "habit" by the time I get there. I hope I can apply as much dedication to the exercise as I have the diet itself. I REALLY DO NOT like to exercise, any way, shape or form! Unca, please move me up!!
