Awww, RavenKat it's probably the sugars in the juice causing you to go nuts. My hubby, who is doing GREAT on maintenance had a bare sliver of pecan pie last week and said he could tell a huge difference in his cravings later that evening. He ate the pie around 1 pm and said that by 5 or 6 that evening he was ravenous and wanting JUNK and carbs!
I hope you feel better soon--maybe some MF chicken soup?
As for me, my Sunday weight was 235! I HIT my mini-goal! Again!
Honestly, I don't know how anyone could not love this. I feel SO WONDERFUL and being a clotheshorse, am amazed at some of the things I can wear now, and I absolutely do NOT miss the holiday food.
I'm finding that I really enjoy the company of others more when I'm not so focused on what's on the buffet table. I'm enjoying sitting and chatting over coffee--because I do more chatting than fretting over what pastries I want with the coffee.
I love it, love it, love it, and love you all. I know I've been a bit absentee this month, I have had several things come together at once and my online relationships are the first to suffer!
I do wish you all a wonderful holiday and the ability to make choices that leave you respectful of yourself in the New Year.
I'll be ringing in 2005 in a cranberry RED dress that I would not even have dreamed of wearing to ring in 2004. I wonder what I'll be in next year?
Merry Christmas, all!
Susanna
