Hi all. I made a decision to take a break and maintain my loss for the next few weeks. Going on vacation tomorrow. Still holding at my 34 lb loss. Will see you all in a couple of weeks. Still taking my shakes and will be using to help maintain.
Hi everyone. I started the program last Wednesday July 14th. My start weight was 157. I've lost 3 pounds to 154. My final goal is 128. I got through the first days just fine. I'm not feeling bad and energy level is good.
Just a question: how do you determine the numbers that most people put on their posts- 3 decreasing numbers, 1st, 2nd goal etc.. Is there a place to read about that? Thanks!

I weighed on Friday and was down 10lbs for the month for a total of 22lbs in 7 weeks.
I think the monthly weigh in works best for me so that I dont get discouraged. I think when I get to my goal weight I will weigh every day but during this phase once a month it is!
My computer is disconnected at home and was having some serious stomach problems yesterday and stayed home from work. Hope its okay to weigh in today. I basically am still at 190 (playing with 188-189) and have been there for a while now. Yesterday, not feeling well, I had some Medi soup and Medi oatmeal and drank shakes most of the day. I am doing the 5 and 1 but will try to do the full program this week instead of eating real food to see if my stomach does any better. Stomach seems to be acting up lately when I eat my meal of the day. We basically eat out on Sundays, that's my problem day, and I try to adhere to protein and salad. Probably eating a little too much!!
