A little late...

I am starting my summer goal today.

My first goal is to get to 205, that's where the BMI chart says I'm "overweight", not obese, that's 14 lbs. I'm going to keep that goal and make my Memorial Day goal 30 more lbs, that would be 45lbs total. That is about 3lbs a week, I think it's doable! Let me know if this is a good goal!

Thanks, this'll be fun, I love something to shoot for!

When does summer offfically start!
I guess its Memorial Day weekend?

I would like to lose 25 lbs by Memorial Day weekend.
I would like to lose 10 lbs before my cruise which is 30 days from today.

We can do it!!

Oh, Dayna, you're right on track!!! Marra, I have a hunch you'll lose a LOT more than 10 lbs in 30 days!

Summer, officially, doesn't start until June 21st. So, I suppose we could flex it to our advantage if Memorial Day doesn't work out.

My summer goal 2006 -- size 24 clothes. I haven't been in a size 24 in 16 years, and I've got some hand-me-ups coming from mi hermanita who's melting away. JEANS!!! REAL jeans made of DENIM with ZIPPERS and NO ELASTIC!!!! I stopped wearing those in about 1993.

Summer goal 2007 -- ALL the rollercoasters at Great America with the aforementioned sibling.

lol not full time, Loribug, but once in a while -- just to remind the spandex, poly/cotton knit, etc that they can and will be REPLACED!! :muahaha:

I want to be back in "onederland" by the start of summer! If I lost only 3 pounds a week then that would do it too! :)

I would LOVE to take off at Least 60 pounds by the end of Summer, that would make me HAPPY!

I started losing weight because I wanted to get off high blood pressure medicine. Now for the first time, I want to lose because I want to look good!

My goal is to look fantastic for a class reunion that is coming up. It will be 15 years since I have seen any of these classmates!

Won't it look great to look like I want to look--healthy, full of life, and beautiful!

My overall goal is to be my desired weight by the time I have to take my daughter to college (end of August). Not sure if that's doable, but even if I'm within 10 pounds of that, I'll take it.

A mini goal I have is to be a total of 20 pounds lighter for my step-son's wedding which is on May 14.

My birthday is in June and I hopefully will get my stuff today and then I will start tomorrow. I figure at either a 2.5 or 3 pound weight loss I will be in the range of 170-177 which be a 27 or 34 pound weight loss. This will be my 30th birthday and I am determined to be healthy when I hit 30. From looking at some of the other posts it seems like people are losing a lot faster than 2.5 or 3 pounds a week but I am going to try not to think about losing any faster so I am not dissapointed. Allthough at 4 it would be 44 pounds hehehhehe

My goal is to lose at least 40lbs by June 22nd, that is when I leave for Italy for three weeks.

that is almost 11 weeks, so I hope I can manage that. that is averaging a little over 3lbs per week...

UPDATE!!! I reached my goal of being in my size 18 shorts comfortably by the end of March....now onto my goal of being under 200 by summer!

I have a new goal now that the wedding is over. I want to lose 10 pounds by my birthday towards the end of this month and then I want to be down a total of 40 by July when I go on vacation with my girls to Florida!

I'm gonna do it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Congratulations LISA. WOOO HOOO :thumbup:

My goal would be to atleast get to 175 by memorial day weekend (my daughter's first birthday). So, that means 27 pounds in 8 weeks...that should be doable (I think!).
