
My goal for the beginning of the summer though is to be solidly under 200 pounds....and by solidly under 200 pounds I mean that when that time of the month comes and I'm retaining some water I will still be under 200 pounds! So...we'll say 195 or less by the time summer hits. At this rate I know I can do it and I am very very excited to continue on this journey and see what happens!
Regardless, I know MF works and I'm here for the long haul even if things take longer than I'd like!
