Okiedokie...just got to throw in my opinion here...3 carbs is a lot...are you SURE they are sugar free...they could have a ton of that sorbitol is it???? try this...use crystal light with half the water....freeze in ice cube trays and put little sticks in them...I am going online to find popsicle sticks...but this is SAFE...AND 0 CARBS...IT'S LIKE DIET POP....MUCH BETTER FOR YOU IN MY OPINION...FRUIT HAS A LOT OF CARBS ....BET THE ONES YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT WOULD HURT YOUR LOSS...SOMEONE CORRECT ME PLEASE IF I AM WRONG.....let me know how you come out...
