Hello, Everyone!

As you know, SueInSLO has been slimmin' in preparation for her wedding day. Their Special Day arrived and Sue sends her picture to share with us all.

Sue writes:

"Just a quick hello!! We're off in a few hours and I haven't begun to pack!

The wedding was wonderful and the weather was beautiful. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect day. We are so blessed with all the family and friends that were able to attend. I'm just so happy!!!!

I did ok with my Medifast about 90% of the time but had a few sips of champagne and a slice of my wedding cake. Then a few more bad nibbles yesterday but today I am back on program and I just packed soup, shakes, hot chocolate and oatmeal for the trip. I'm going to try and stay on plan most of the time" [on our Honeymoon].

Isn't Sue radiant in that special red dress?

John has a good :hug:

grip on her and what a fabulous sunset surrounds them!

Having a special occasion can be an impetus for beginning a weight loss program; eating healthy for a lifetime helps to eliminate emotional heartache, prevent disease and improves the quality of our lives.

blessing upon John and Sue as they begin life together united as one in spirit!

Sheesh, Kids! Chill until UT gets back. We are having a sunny day - the first one in weeks...we have had so much rain this winter, we Need SUNSHINE...the rain returns tomorrow...He'll be by soon.

Hi from Arizona!!!! :wave:

John brought his new laptop Santa brought him and I'm able to get on line for a quick peek!

Thank you for the congrats and best wishes. It truly was a wonderful day. John and I keep saying, "Can you believe how perfect it all went?" We're so blessed with wonderful friends and family.

We're in Arizona now and went to our 1st game yesterday. We're here for Spring Training by the way. We love baseball & the Oakland A's. They beat the Giants 6 to 4 but we left in the 6th inning cuz it was raining. Today it's sunny and 70's and low 80's as the week progresses. WooHoo!

I started out on plan and strayed a little and now I'm paying for it with a little upset tummy so here I sit having my 1st shake in my morning coffee.

We have free Happy Hour at our hotel and we sat by the pool yesterday evening with other hotel guests and MAN THOSE MARGARITAS TASTED GOOD!! :cheers:

They found out we were on our honeymoon & you can see where this is going....right?!?!?! :hmmm:

I hope you're all doing well and I can't wait to get the rest of my excess baggage off!! I'll hit the plan hard when I get home and stick to it here as best I can. I feel so much better ON PLAN!!

I love your new ticker! I am sooo happy for you and glad to hear from you! However, I can think of a lot more things I would be doing on my honeymoon other than checking out the boards here :hmmm:

I think we will all forgive you if you are not totally program compliant on your honeymoon but remember when you get back all bets are off and it is back to program or it is the whip for you :whip:
