So here's the thing....I lost 7 pounds my first week on MF. So of course I was truly excited and motivated and of course set my weekly expectations really high ( I know I know....). So I went in weighed in yesterday and only lost three pounds! I was so so dissapointed when I walked out.
So on my way home....I was moping and thinking about it as I thought maybe I did something wrong on the program.
Then JUST LIKE THAT! It came to me!
I lost my first 10 pounds! Now that is something to celebrate! The only thing I did wrong was set such high and unreasonable expectations.
I won't be able to make the roll call tomorrow as I will be flying high up in the air for my trip...but I will be thinking of ya!!!
