Just thought I would let everyone know that there is an auction on Ebay for the book "Success In A Shaker Jar". I am currently the high bidder, but I won one in another auction so you do not have to worry about me bidding again. Just go to Ebay and search the book title and it will take you right to it. Remember this book is out of print now, so this might be the only way you will get a copy.

And just to let people out there know, I believe one of the reasons that Success has been taken off the list of things available from Medifast is that Dr. Wayne Andersen is currently finishing his book which will be out later this year or early next year. He is the Medical Director of both Medifast and Take Shape for Life (TSFL) and this book is highly anticipated and will be of great benefit to Medifasters and non-Medifasters alike.

So, patience my friends, patience.
