Success--finally! Maybe this'll help others

Greetings! I've recently been posting here and sort of whining (sorry) about the stubbornness of my scale despite being compliant. Well, I did decide to go ahead and switch to the complete plan for a few days and voila!! This morning at the end of my first "complete" day there was a drop of 4 pounds!! I think I was goofing up on my lean (not lean enough) and green. I got my new order with more flavors of shakes and soups and now it feels like I'm eating even on the complete plan! I tried the chili and crackers for the first time and added a 10 cal sugar free jello. Plus I've been drinking water to beat the band! I'm so relieved to see the scale move and am even more motivated to stay with it and make this work!! Thanks to all who have offered support, encouragement and suggestions. This forum is a godsend. I don't know how long i'll stay on the complete plan but since it's working, it's my new best friend! :) I want to order some more "supplies" also and would like to order them from Nancy. How do I do that? Is it all by phone? Thanks for any instructions. God bless us every one!

Hi Lara! I'm glad you pulled through and are re-motivated to keep going! If you want to order through Nancy, the easiest way is to just send her an email (by clicking on the email button in her profile or at the end of any of her posts here at the forum). Just let her know you want to become a MakeMeThinner client and she'll hook you up; once you have a membership number, etc., you can place orders online so you don't have to order by phone if you'd rather not. (You can actually sign up as an MMT customer online without emailing Nancy, but Nancy can give you promotional codes, etc., so that you save some $ on your first MMT order.) Hope this helps!

Lara ~

I am so happy that the scale budged a bit - there are times that the scale doesn't show a loss but our wasitline does. It is an odd thing how our body readjusts itself. I have had my share of being in a holding pattern, too but I have been doing this long enough to know that if we wait, trust it to work, drink our water and eat all meals on time, it works.
