It may be all the water you're drinking, sometimes I think I'm going to float away......

Or it may be the ketosis kicking in, though most people describe that as just being 'not hungry' not as being 'stuffed'.

Whatever works - don't sweat it!!!!!!!

I feel that way sometimes too, It's like.. "Geeez I have to eat again" I don't ever feel overly full, it seems like after oatmeal or my lean and green I am full. But for the most part just NOT hungry. Sometimes it is a little hard to get that last meal in, thats when the pudding or the capacino come in handy, they don't seem to be as filling.

Full is better than famished and hungry!!

Count your blessings! I've been on the program for 2 months and am hungry most of the time.

I was the same way my first few days. Most people tend to be really hungry the first three days, but the lucky ones (like us) don't feel the hunger. If you are like me, you will stop feeling so full in the next day or two. Instead, you'll just know when it's time to eat. It's not an overwhelming hunger or anything...it's more of a mental alarm clock, telling me it's time to eat.

I do have to force myself to eat sometimes (except for lean and green time!)

That's the reason I drink the cappachino and hot cocoa at for my breakfast. I hate eating when I wake up, if I could keep that feeling for the entire day, I would have never gotten overweight to beging with. The hot cocoa and cappachino are great for the mornings, because even if I don't really want them, I can down them quickly.
