When I had the norovirus back in January I just did my best to not pass out..
Just try to maybe do the chicken noodle or chicken and rice soup. Something broth-like.
Lighter protein.... scrambled eggs, the oatmeal, hot cocoa, etc.
Other than that, don't focus too much on the 5-1 and just get well.
