I'm back again from Florida - trying to stick to the plan as much as I can - some of you know I'm dealing with a family crisis - my father is terminally ill and home w/hospice and I am flying back and forth between NH and FLA to help. It's been rough as I have 3 kids here and going back and forth has been exhuasting not to mention emotioally hard seeing my father like this.

Anyway - I'm back again - and I've lost a little more too - (don't have a scale down there so I don't know till I get home).

So total lost is 30.5 lbs - not to shabby considering the way things have been going!

Maria--You are doing great. Your dad must be so proud of you. It must be hard to juggle everything, but it sounds like you are doing just fine. We are all here for you and as I told you once before, if you need to talk or cry or anything else, pm me and I will get you my number. Even though I am in Texas, I can still talk to you. Keep your chin up girl. You are an inspiration to us all.
