Hang in here with us, Amanda!! It has been a tough time for me, too...I have been doing the modified...shakes and a green salad during the week and shakes and a meal on the weekend. My discipline is shaky...some weekend days, I do good, some I don't do so good...I eat too much some weekend days...even though it is high protein, it is too much. That is what I am working on now...just trying to be PRESENT to the moment, my body, how and why I eat, etc. Brother...what a deal...but today, I weighed and have lost that 30 pounds...so, it is a GOOD day...and I am not going to STOP...I am sick and tired of carrying this around!!
