I just wanted to check in.I haven 't gone anywhere just been kinda lurking and reading .I am into my week 8 .I went over six weeks with out cheating.Then I went camping and biked , hiked ..played and stayed totally on my diet the entire 6 days of camping.I got home and lost nothing.I was so so surprised.So I went off Medifast for 5 full days to give my body a little shock or something.I didn't gain 1 lbs the whole five days.I was so so jazzed.I went back on the plan Monday the 29th and so far I am down 4lbs and its only Thursday.YEAAAAA. I am now 25 lbs thinner and so happy to be back on track.
