Starting week 4

Postby katie&3 » August 22nd, 2006, 8:19 am

Hello everyone. I just wanted to introduce myself. I have been so impressed with everyone's success, but was very sceptical of this diet after trying so many and failing. I put on a lot of weight during my divorce that I could not stand looking at myself in the mirror. I did a lot of research on diets and found that this particular one is not a diet at all, it is a whole new life changing way of life. I stuck to the plan right from the start. I weight myself once a week. Last Sunday was the end of week 3 and I found that I lost 12 pounds. The plan is easy and I wasn't hungry at all. Being a single mom, working full time, it was so easy putting a pizza in the oven. Now, I have my L&G while my kids eat a meal I prepare for them. This new way of life is awesome and easy. I cry everytime I get on the scale and vow to never fit into my fat jeans again. Thank you everyone. Your inspiring stories convinced me to give this a try. I may not know any of you in person, but feel I know you all (at least what you were going through before starting this plan. Can't wait until Sunday to weigh again.

Thank you all for the warm welcome. I do have some items from my shipment that will be up for trade, but I can't get into that forum yet. Also don't know how to PM yet either. Hope to make some friends here.

Katie, you have to register to access all of the bells and whistles. Just hit the little "register" button and go from there.

I hit the register button and filled everything out. Can't log in. Does my support person have to do this for me?
