WELCOME!!!!! I'm sure many will chime in but the best advice I can give you is if it isn't in the Quick Start Guide - don't eat it; drink all your water; and don't give up after your first 3 days or so...it gets easier. In those first 3 days, eat your snacks that you are allowed and if you feel dizzy or hungry, have bouillion.
I can't write much now but like I said - many veterans will chime in soon.
Good luck - you can do this!!!!!

Welcome I'd advise to de-junk food your kitchen, stock up on lean meats and veggies. Have some sugar free sweetener and bullion on hand, read as many posts on here as possible, get some recipe ideas from the "lean cuisne" room here on the board and register as a user on the board. When you register, you can see things on here that you can't see as a "guest".
Feel free to ask questions! We're glad you're here

Ok,
Your food is on it's way and along with that food comes a Quick Start Booklet. Read it and re-read it. If a food is not listed in the booklet -- it doesn't go in the mouth. Make sure and drink all your water -- this is very very important. Remember the first three days are generally the ones when you'll experience difficulty -IF-- you experience it. Some people sail right through. Soon you'll have a regular routine and the pounds will be parting with you. Keep posting -- it is a good form or accountabilty. And lastly treat this just as a Rx medication. Eat everything listed and only those things listed. Don't add to or take away from. You'll do great.

In addition to the great things already listed, ask someone to take pictures of you tonight. And weigh and measure yourself. In my sixth week here, it's amazing how much I've changed, but I wouldn't remember it if I didn't have the pictures.
Journalling is good, too. Find some way to document your journey.
