When I started last October, there were several of us starting together......Nicki, Lauren, Hyperion (he reached goal and doesn't post anymore. Lauradr, Vicki, and Dogma were there, too.....then soon after, in January and whole new group started. Many of us have had huge success and it's been really fun to be part of such a successful group.

Keep with it and you will get to be part of the continuing success of this forum.

Oh my, it makes me feel guilty to not post anymore!

Hey Jo, I'll always be there even though I don't post, I enjoy seeing the posts a lot!

However, back on subject, it's true that I don't post a lot anymore, but back then (when I was medifasting), the support group was incredible. We learnt to help each other and now, look at the results!

Thanks JeepGirl,

As for the others who read my posts, I'm sorry I don't post much anymore. I try to get away from the computer as much as I can, get a hold of our summer weather here in Canada :D

But I'll never insist enough. While medifasting, we all tend to be more "vulnerable" while dealing with our emotions. Well, it was that way for me. And this group, with all its people, helped me so much in my joys and in my sadness (I had only once an urge to stop MF, only once, and this group supported me SOOOOO much I couldn't help myself but keep on!)...

Guys and girls, when I go camping, when I go jogging, when I go out at night and I'm proud of myself, I always think about you, I always think about the reason why I was able to keep on.

I never saw you in real life, it doesn't matter, you are all like gold!

Definitely, canoing is the best activity in the world :)

I just absolutely love it, going canoing and camping for 2-3 days, far far from the civilization

Hyp ~ I've heard that canoeing is the best, but I've just been so heavy that I was practically unable to walk. Now in ONEderland, I'm actually beginning to feel flexible and strong. I'm currently walking and jogging at intervals so I can walk in a diabetes walk in October, but after that I'm gonna try some strength training so I can try some more physical activities. About five years ago, I attempted snow skiing and it was just a very painful, miserable experience and I'm hoping not to replay that one. Once again, CONGRATS to you and your new life!!! You're very inspirational.
