It has taken a long time but since the start of my weight loss journey I have lost 24 pounds. I am starting medifast to help me lose another 48 pounds. :mrgreen:

Thanks everyone! I really feel so welcome and at home here already and I haven't even started the program yet! I think it will be coming on Monday-so I will start Tuesday.

Lizabette--yes there is a Papa bear and a cute little boy baby bear who just turned 2! :mrgreen:
