Starting a New Year of Me!

Hi everyone! I wanted to introduce myself. My name is Kendra, I'm nearly 45, have two kids, and live in central Illinois.
I've spent the last few days learning about Medifast, which I learned of from mellowmom, on another site. (ty ty again!)
Like many here, I've been thru many years of weight losses and gains and am ready to make a change for life!
I'm starting my program on Sunday. I chose that day because my birthday is Saturday, I'll be out of town with family.... and the day after seemed like the right time to start the re-creation of me !

I've been so inspired by reading all of your posts and look forward to getting to know you and sharing this journey with you!!

Going to restart Jun 2009, been gone since after surgery Oct06. Can't wait !
