Another thing, something's been buggin' me. I cook my chicken (a whole piece from a bag) and it only comes out to about 5oz, I made sure the weight was fine and everything. All together I'd say this amount of chicken equals about the size of my fist, and its still coming under! Does this sound right?

The menu looks good.

You need to make sure you get a full 7 oz. of chicken. That's weight after cooking. You may need to cook 2 pieces to get it all in.

Actually the newer protocol is that any type of supplement is fine and the three shakes a day is not mandatory.

You are you serious? I'm absolutely in love with the soups! Haven't tried the oatmeal yet (I've heard bad things) This is good news :D

I'm serious. You are only limited in that you can only have ONE bar a day but as far as the supplements, it's your choice...

Although it is looked at by many as a better idea to have 3 shakes, it is no longer the set protocol. The oatmeals are great in my view, but many who don't care for instant to begin with tend to not be real happy with them when made according to the instructions.
Many who don't care for them that way do enjoy them as cookies (see recipe on the box), and I usually make them as pancakes and add a serving of SF maple syrup and use that as my snack.

Enjoy!
